Hi all,

I've been running FOG for a year or so (I previously used Partimage with home-made PXEboot setup) and I'd like to get down my notes on it all as part of our documentation plan.

What I run it on: - an old workstation (100mb NIC, ATA drive, P4 celeron) - Poweredge servers 1600SC, 2850

Debian 5/6 - installs and runs fine

Problems I've had: - changing DB settings (2 places to change stuff) - changing IP addresses of host and DHCP/DNS (change stuff in tftp, database and config files) - you can only multicast out 1 network card

Clients: - Dell D531 with XP (says it doesn't work in docs, but I've only just read that - worked for me) - Dell XT/XT2 with Win7 - HP dc7100 more to come

I'll add a unattended xml file for win7 that I had working presently.
