I'm having the same issue? I also tried increasing the parameter to 30, 40, 100 and then deleting it, all to no avail. I've deleted and recreated the image/task several times. I also tried removing some space on my image. Any other ideas? I'm running version 0.19 and my laptop is an IBM thinkpad r51 running xp

You may try defragging the hard drive a few times. This error comes from NTFSRESIZE, so looking through their forums / docs may help find a resolution. Ultimately, I ended up booting GPARTED and manually resizing the partition in increments. Walking down to the size of "New Volume Size" eventually got me there.The Earl 14:53, 17 December 2008 (MST)

I ran into the same issue with an XP install, and came across a recommendation to run a drive cleanup from the drive properties in Windows, and disable virtual memory. Took only a few minutes and it worked.
